Prayer Healing

As I sat and prayed for healing and blessings
For a list of people,
I was filled with a whirl of power.
I felt like a young eagle stretching its wings,
Beating, beating at the air.
I prayed that healing and blessing
Should pass though me to those intended.
I prayed and imagined the healing.
I imagined removing tumors
And sealing up the wounds
With blessings and prayers.
I do not know who I prayed for,
But I keep praying, praying
That any healing continues,
All blessings on them who need it.
